Bill Pero

Bill Pero joined McDonald Electrical in 1999, initially serving as one of our company’s first foremen. Shortly thereafter, he was promoted to the position of General Foreman, working on larger projects that required the experience, expertise, and close attention to detail he consistently exhibits. His background in the electrical industry spans the successful supervision and management of diverse projects throughout Greater Boston, ranging from retail, theaters, educational facilities, hospitals, fire alarm upgrades, and ground-up mixed-use buildings.

With over 20 years of experience working hands-on in the field, Bill made the seamless transition into our office as a Project Manager. Before long, he progressed into a Project Executive role, ultimately becoming a member of our Executive Team as Vice President of Corporate Operations. Bill’s strength is working closely with our project team members from the initial planning stages through project completion, always ensuring projects meet deadlines with the highest quality of standards and in a cost-efficient manner.
