The South Station Air Rights project includes construction to a new 51-story, 1,020,000-square-foot mixed-use tower. The development will include 711,500 gross square feet of office space and 166 condominium units.

The project also includes the completion of the South Station Transportation Center at the lower levels of the project. The 100,00-square-feet bus terminal expansion and rail terminal renovations will help connect the 30,000+ daily commuters who use the existing rail services to existing bus and subway system.
