Encore Boston Harbor South Podium Convention Center

Project Scope

This project was a complete fit-out of a new 40,000  sq/ft convention center that had movable partitions to separate up to eight rooms, ten high-end meeting rooms ranging in size from 900 to 1,800 sq/ft., pre-function areas, three commercial kitchens, three full-service restaurants, office space, back of house mechanical rooms/corridors, exterior façade and tower lighting, and intricate lutron lighting control systems throughout the space. 

Special Challenges

We were limited to one lift per 500 sq/ft space, with 30 feet ceilings in the ballroom there was tight coordination of workflow with all trades.
